Hi everyone!
I just realized recently I'm getting views from Japan, Iran, Russia and others from around the world. Hi to all of you. I hope you go to my Face book link and friend me. I'm honored that people from around the world are checking in on my work! I didn't know you can see on Settings how many views you are getting and from where. Nice info! And for those in Japan, my thoughts and prayers go out for you every night. Japan is a great country, I'm sure it will recover even though this event has been very tragic. Take care everyone.
Drawing for new painting
Hey everyone! Hope all is well, this is the drawing for my new painting. This is Robin modeling at the Waveland Historic site just South of Lexington. I had just bought the hat for a dollar before the shoot, which took place last fall. I just wanted to throw in some more accessories to spice things up. Ever draw an Easter Basket? It was a little hard, but fun. My eyes kept crossing (I just started wearing glasses). I better run, but hope the drawing is enjoyable for everyone. I'll post more when the painting gets going. Take care and have fun!

A Day in the Woods
This is my newest painting...so far. I'm not sure if I am done or not, but either way, I'll probably post a better pic than this. I think the strong point in this is the skirt. I have sold at least one painting because the buyer liked the work on the skirt. I think this is the best one I've done yet. I do buy skirts to use for my models, but this one didn't belong to me, this one is Robin's. I really liked this pose she came up with. I've been blessed with good models. Everyone take care and have fun.
